How much is
shipping and handling?
All Shipping is free in the lower 48 States. At this time we only
accept transactions from the lower 48 States. We offer free shipping through USPS
normal ground service with insurance and a delivery confirmation. Please allow
1-3 weeks to receive your order, although most will arrive much sooner. Orders
are only accepted from confirmed Paypal addresses. A confirmed address
is when the billing and shipping information match. If for
any reason the item is not in stock we will email you and provide you a choice
of a refund, an exchange, or waiting for the item to become available with a
time frame of when that will be.
What is the Money Back Guarantee?
We have a 15 day money back guarantee on all of our merchandise. We guarantee that your order will be shipped in a timely
manner and if your item is not as described or comes damaged, we will replace it
for you or offer your money back. You will need to contact us before returning any item
as soon as possible. You should retain all original packing materials as you will need to package
the item in the original packaging for return.
Then e-mail us before you ship the item back. Depending on the situation the
buyer may be required to pay the return postage with insurance. We will send you further
instructions in a timely manner.
Some of the wedding bands come with a Benchmark guarantee
for free resizing & replacement. These are to be dealt with Benchmark
directly & are not the responsibility of Bling on a Shoestring Jewelry.

How will my item come packaged?
Fine Jewelry and Right Hand Rings come in gift box's or bags. Silver Jewelry is packaged in cellophane bags to cut down on costs.
How do I place an order?
Find an item you like and click the "add to cart" button underneath it. A new
window will popup with the item you've selected. If it doesn't, check your
pop up blocker. You can either secure checkout and pay through PayPal, or
you can continue shopping. You can see what is in your cart at any time by
clicking the words "shopping cart" in the upper right hand corner.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We are a Paypal Verified Merchant which means that our account has been in good standing since it was created in
2001 and we have always dealt with our customers
honestly and fairly. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us.
Simply follow the instructions on the checkout screen under "Don't have a
PayPal" account. PayPal covers our customers under their buyer
protection plan which guarantees against fraud and that your order will be
shipped in a timely manner so you can shop with confidence at Bling on a Shoestring Jewelry. If

We understand that there are a lot of jewelry stores
online. We have great customer service. We provide a money back guarantee. A lot
of stores charge excessive shipping, our shipping is free. The price you see is
the price you pay. We also include a free gift with each purchase.
Do you ship
items outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship and accept orders from the
lower 48 states.
Are your gemstones created?
All of our silver is .925 Sterling Silver and our
gemstones are genuine unless otherwise stated. All of our gold plated
jewelry is marked as vermeil. Industry standard heat treatments are
followed on some gemstones.
What if I need a different ring size?
Most of our fine jewelry and right hand rings can be custom sized for little or no extra charge. So just ask!
Are the colors
of your gemstones accurate?
We do not color enhance the photos in any way. However,
the color will vary from monitor to monitor, so please read our
descriptions closely and ask any questions.
How much is Sales Tax?
Sales tax is 6.25% for UT residents only.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We do not sell, share, or rent our
customer's e-mail addresses. We do collect information for billing and shipping
but this is solely for the purpose of completing the transaction and is not
stored. PayPal doesn't
give us any credit card or bank account numbers.
SECURITY
We use PayPal's 128 bit SSL encryptrion for our credit card and echeck
processing. Your transactions are completed through the PayPal window and your
funds are transferred directly to PayPal.
SPAM
We do not send spam of any kind. Many spammers randomly extract e-mail addresses
from websites and insert them in the return address fields of their e-mails to
conceal their own identities. We try to prevent this whenever possible.
If this should happen, please do not open any attachments. Then send us a copy
of the e-mail to support@blingonashoestringjewelry.com with SPAM ALERT in the
subject heading so that we can report it to the proper authorities.
